Ask about the design in WhatsApp. Like the design? Transfer its price, and we follow every detail with you until it is finished and arrives. Do not transfer before the order and recipient are confirmed.
Customization and changes
Review names, text and language before execution. One text review before work starts is proposed; later changes depend on progress and agreed cost.
Cancellation and returns
A full product refund before execution begins is proposed. After custom work starts, assess the work and order rather than impose a blanket non-refundable rule. Defects or nonconformity are handled through the appropriate remedy, exchange or refund, preserving applicable rights.
Handmade variations
Small variations in paper, lettering and dried flowers may occur without changing agreed essential specifications.
Privacy
This site does not receive or store addresses or receipts. Order details go through WhatsApp; delivery information is used for shipping. Publishing customer names, messages or order images requires permission.
Delivery and collection
Dispatch is from Cairo to the governorates. Delivery method and cost are confirmed before payment.
